New World Chorale joins the Lexington Symphony (Jonathan McPhee, Music Director) in a performance of Edward Elgar’s stunning choral masterpiece The Dream of Gerontius. The piece, which has been heard only twice in the past 28 years in Boston, marks the instant when a person leaves this world and the journey of the soul begins.
